Kevin Anthony Sullivan, Partner
Kevin Sullivan has experience in various areas of commercial and business litigation including breach of contract and contractual interpretation, legal malpractice defense, closely-held corporations, securities, the False Claims Act and the Hancock Amendment. Mr. Sullivan’s employment litigation experience includes representing employers in defending race, sex, disability, and age discrimination, harassment, whistleblower, and retaliation lawsuits. Mr. Sullivan also provides advice to employers on a variety of labor and employment issues. Mr. Sullivan also has advised school districts on various education law issues.
