Jeremy Shook has significant litigation experience in general commercial litigation, legal malpractice defense, insurance coverage, and probate matters. Mr. Shook’s employment litigation experience includes representing employers in cases involving race, sex, disability, and age discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, and wrongful discharge. Mr. Shook also provides legal counseling and advice in the areas of school law and employee discipline and termination.
Mr. Shook has represented clients in the state and federal courts of Missouri, Illinois and Colorado, in numerous mediations, and before the Missouri State Tax Commission.
