D. Leo Human has worked on a variety of commercial litigation cases, including class actions, claims under state blue-sky laws, employment litigation, and claims for breach of fiduciary duty and legal malpractice.
Mr. Human has also assisted in advising public school districts on matters relating to compliance with federal and state law, as well as with contractual issues. He has assisted in representing school districts in litigation.
