Kevin Sullivan has experience in various areas of business litigation including breach of contract, legal malpractice defense, closely-held corporations, securities and the False Claims Act. Mr. Sullivan’s employment litigation experience includes representing employers in defending race, sex, disability, and age discrimination, harassment, whistleblower, and retaliation lawsuits. Mr. Sullivan also has handled various education law matters on the state and federal level.
