John Klobasa has extensive experience in all types of litigation, including commercial litigation, general business litigation, will and trust contests, covenants not to compete, antitirust, and insurance defense. He has
participated as lead trial counsel or assistant trial counsel in a wide
variety of federal and state court actions. He has also briefed and
argued a wide variety of appeals.
Mr. Klobasa has defended numerous law firms and
attorneys in St. Louis and elsewhere in legal malpractice cases in the State of Missouri. This
portion of his practice is devoted solely to defense.
Mr. Klobasa’s family law practice focuses on
dissolution of marriage cases in which the parties have substantial
marital and/or separate estates. He has represented parties to domestic cases throughout the State of Missouri.
