Fred L. Vilbig has focused his professional career in the areas of estate planning and corporate law. He assists clients in the legal needs of their businesses, including the formation of business entities, the development of capital resources, mergers and acquisitions, and general business law. He also assists individuals in their estate planning needs, including the preparation of wills, trusts, and powers of attorney, and in related probate matters.
